This location is very inconsistent. There are times when they are not open during their operating hours, in many cases they are completely closed when all messages and signs say they should be open. They run out of items quite often. Overall not a place you can depend on. Very disappointing because it has great potential.

I went in to order a smoothie and no one was at the front, which was fine since he was preparing another order and working alone. When he came back, I was ready to order and asked for the Fruit Tour smoothie. It’s listed at $14.75 and only comes in a medium or large. But the menu shows medium smoothies priced at $9.25 and large at $14.25, so I was confused about what I was actually being charged for. On top of that, while I was still looking at the menu to possibly order something else, he just said “$14.75” and walked away. By the time I looked up, he was gone and the total was already on the screen. The customer service felt dismissive, and the pricing wasn’t clear. Overall, the service could definitely be better.

Don’t get any of their protein shakes. They’re overpriced for one teaspoon (not a scoop) of protein. I watched the employee make it and asked if that was it? They said yes and if I wanted more, it’ll be extra. Another patron told me they bring their own protein in to get blended to ensure the macros are accurate. Insanity. I also have enough points for free smoothies but their system to redeem it is down and has been down for a while. Tried to support but I don’t think I can anymore.

Love everything about this place! Shoutout Romaine who was very kind and welcoming! This was my first time trying this place. Atmosphere and music is a vibe. Vegan options. I had the Philly cheese and it was great. The Coolie smoothie was sooo good! Will definitely be a repeat costumer!

I would love to support their business after going to the gym but they are never open despite the hours on Google and on their front door saying they open. Often times I walk there and they are closed. What are your hours? It’s 9:15am on a Tuesday and you’re closed. On the times I am able to catch them the service and quality of the smoothies are excellent. One suggestion would be to add creatine to the menu if possible. I love your business and would like to support after my gym sessions. Please correct your hours.
